An abridged version of  this article by Chye Seng LEE, Daniel Tiong Hok TAN, and  Wee Sen GOH  of the Centre for Educational Development at Nanyang Technological University (NTU)Singapore appeared in the April 2004 edition of Bbmatters. Here, in the full article, the authors describe how they introduced  e-Learning as an institutional strategy at NTU, the  developments made in media rich on-line teaching and how this has impacted on NTU’s students.
